Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Cecilia (Ceci) was always drawn to an outdoor life in the mountains. As soon as she could, she made a new home in Patagonia’s Lake District and started working in the tourism industry. When she got a job managing a small fishing lodge, she knew she had found her life’s work.

Ceci started working for El Encuentro in 2016, where she is the Operations and Sales Manager. She is the first contact point for El Encuentro’s guests, managing all logistics so his/her trip can be the journey of a lifetime. She loves the way her work lets her connect with our clients — to make new friends and get a sense of their lives and world. Ceci also works closely with the Lodge and Camp staff, coordinating logistics and making sure all guest requests are satisfied. Ceci lives nearby in Trevelin with her two children, Benjamin and Guillermina, and two lively dogs.
