Trip Packages

2025/2026 Season

While each trip is custom-planned for you, we do offer three specific packages to help you put together a trip of a lifetime.

These packages are a great place to start, but please email us or give us a call for rates and more information.

    • A short, 4-night package at one of our three destinations; El Encuentro Lodge, Brook Trout Base Camp, or Valle del Carrileufu Lodge

    • Fully guided, all meals and accommodations

    • Non-Angling activities available

    • A 7-night package (Saturday to Saturday) split between El Encuentro Lodge and Brook Trout Base Camp

    • Fully guided, all meals and accommodations

    • Non-Angling activities available

    • An extended 10-night package across all of our destinations; El Encuentro Lodge, Brook Trout Base Camp, and Valle del Carrileufu

    • Fully guided, all meals and accommodations

    • Non-Angling activities available

Included (all packages)

  • Accommodation in a double room (single occupancy guests in a single room) with a private bathroom at El Encuentro Lodge, Brook Trout Base Camp, and Valle del Carrileufu Lodge.

  • Full board: breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner with excellent Argentinean wines and open bar

  • All ground transport from Esquel airport to the lodge and activities/excursions destinations in this program

  • All Guided Non-Fishing Activities

  • Fully equipped Argentine fishing guide every two anglers (single angler gets a guide)

  • Fishing license, fishing lines, leaders, and tippet

  • Waders, wading boots, and rain jackets upon request

  • All private water and access fees

  • Laundry service (except at Brook Trout Base Camp)

  • Starlink Wi-Fi

Not Included (all packages)

  • Airfares

  • Transfers, hotel, and meals in Buenos Aires

  • Ground transfer to and from Bariloche Airport (if applicable)

  • Personal, health or travel insurance (strongly recommended)

  • Staff and guide gratuities

  • Phone calls

Payment & Cancellation

El Encuentro Fly Fishing is very excited to have you join us for the many memorable experiences you will get to enjoy with us. We welcome you into our extended family and look forward to seeing you in our upcoming season. The following are our Terms and Conditions for securing your reservations:

We guarantee your booking with a 50% deposit to be paid within 15 days of the date on your invoice. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of your El Encuentro trip. All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your trip, please note that your deposit can be applied to a trip for the next season, subject to availability. If prices have changed between seasons, you will be charged the new rate.

Since all payments are non-refundable, we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. We are firm believers that travel insurance protects your considerable investment of booking with El Encuentro, no matter how far in advance, by giving you financial recourse in case you need to cancel.
